En este sitio web encontrar\u00e1 tres opciones. En tu caso querr\u00e1s seguir la opci\u00f3n \"Olvid\u00e9 mi contrase\u00f1a\" (suponiendo que est\u00e1s intentando recuperar alguna cuenta que est\u00e9 vinculada a tu cuenta online). A continuaci\u00f3n, mantenga pulsado el bot\u00f3n de encendido para forzar el apagado del hardware (hard reset).
